This policy explains what Tea & Aisle collects and why. We keep it short because we collect little.

What we collect

When you buy, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details to process the order. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you bought; we never see or store your full card number.

When you join our email list, we store your email address and which list you joined.

Our website host, Cloudflare, records basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

To fulfil and support your order, to send the emails you asked for, and to prevent fraud. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Google (file delivery), only as needed.

Your choices

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe's checkout page uses cookies needed to process payment securely.
