Because kits download instantly, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

Broken or missing files

If a file won't open or something is missing, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you in full.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and what happened. A photo helps if something arrived damaged. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
